Eisenbahn Lust Bluemanau, Brazil
Produced under the traditional hampagne production method, the
champenoise – after the first fermentation the beer is sent to a
winery, where it stays for three months and undergoes a secondary
fermentation in the bottle. After that, the cuvee, remuage and
dégorgement processes take place, ending in a fruity and refreshing
beer, with a fine and persistent perlage.
